Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kampala. The successful candidate will identify prospective clients, present Prudential's life, health, and savings insurance solutions, and help customers select products that meet their financial protection needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients.
• Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare accurate proposals and customer documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and operations teams.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent client experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, banking, microfinance, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, listening, and consultative selling abilities.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of insurance and savings concepts. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala and engage clients face-to-face.
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
