Role Description

The insurance Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, establishing relationships with clients, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client satisfaction to drive business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts will also be required.

• Proven sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building expertise
• Knowledge of advertising, marketing strategies, and market trends
• Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
