Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Kampala. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling, meetings, presentations, and providing customer support and follow-up. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala
