Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads—no cold calling, only pre-qualified potential customers.
- Convert conversations into bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve challenges to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Full-Time job, 40 hrs/week. We are looking to fill hours between 12pm and 12am EST. You would work an 8 hour shift in between these times.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English—advanced or bilingual level required.
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends (depending on project needs).
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-sufficient problem solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions effectively.
