Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Commission Sales Associate at CEMM Group. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is located in Kampala but allows for flexibility in remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Prior experience in commission-based sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
