Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Prudential Uganda located in Kampala. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions about insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
