JOB DETAILS:

The Salesman for is responsible for selling Hyundai trucks and related services. You will focus on identifying potential customers, building relationships, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, and closing sales, all while meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels, including online, phone inquiries, referrals, and networking.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Hyundai truck models, features, pricing, financing options, and industry trends.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present truck options to potential customers and conduct test drives.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate sales terms and finalize deals with customers.
  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting and CRM: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Sales Experience: Experience in commercial vehicle sales is preferred, especially in the automotive industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage with customers.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet customer needs.

Driving License: A valid driving license, ideally for commercial vehicles, is an advantage.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering)

IT Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the local automotive market and relevant regulations.
