Spiro is a leading provider of electric two-wheelers in Africa. The company’s headquarters are in Benin and has operations in Togo, Uganda, and Rwanda. Spiro offers two models of electric motorbikes and is preparing new versions, always adapted to the African market.

Job Summary: Lead, coach and supervise the sales team to achieve customer acquisition, loan disbursement and sales targets. Develop and manage referral channels and partnerships to generate quality leads and grow the customer base. Drive sales pipeline management from lead generation through application processing to loan disbursement.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and supervise the sales team to achieve customer acquisition, loan disbursement and sales targets.
  • Develop and manage referral channels and partnerships to generate quality leads and grow the customer base.
  • Drive sales pipeline management from lead generation through application processing to loan disbursement.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.

Additional Details

  • At least 3 years of experience as a sales team leader in banking, microfinance, SACCOs, money lending or other financial services.
  • Previous experience in selling financial solutions to mass market and high networth clients.
