JOB DETAILS:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead nationwide distribution of solar equipment (modules, inverters, batteries, BoS) to retail stores, EPCs, wholesalers, and NGOs.
  2. Originate and qualify C&I (Commercial & Industrial) project opportunities (e.g., solar for factories, farms, commercial centers).
  3. Conduct preliminary solar PV system designs using software (PVsyst, Helioscope, HOMER Pro).
  4. Maintain and convert a robust pipeline of leads.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or related field required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales or project development.
  • Proficiency in solar PV design tools (PVsyst, Helioscope, HOMER Pro).
  • Existing pipeline of active C&I opportunities and customer database (EPCs, retailers, NGOs, wholesalers).
  • Strong commercial instinct, negotiation skills, and market insight.
