JOB DETAILS:
The Organization is one of the biggest bike/spare parts and lubricants distributor of Uganda.
KRA:
• Administering Sales & Marketing activity of products in the assign Territory and Improving sales process.
• Manage Sales operations & accountable for achieving monthly/yearly Wholesale and Retail Target both.
• Compiling and analyzing MIS for effective decision making based on the data
• Maintaining financial discipline & Ensuring dealer profitability.
• Identify and develop new streams for long term growth; carry out Institutional sales function.
• Organizing new product launch events and their follow up with Press releases.
• Planning advertisements through media & implementing Sales Promotion activities at local level by optimum utilization & allocation of marketing budget.
• Developing Channel Partners in the assign Territory involving right from conducting Market Reiki to final commencement of dealership operations.
• Conduct Competitor Analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor move to achieve market share metrics and fine tune market strategy to strengthen brand image.
• Carrying out dealer evaluation, sales staffing and customer satisfaction survey.
• Conducting Product PFS training & role plays on Sales & soft skills development for dealership staff.
Requirements
At least 2-5 yrs of experience in lubricant/spare parts or tyre segment handling sales, distribution, dealer monitoring and development etc.
