Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new product developments.
Promotional Activities:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and activities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional initiatives.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and distribution.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.
