Job Description

Our client is looking for Sales & Senior Sales Executives with experience in liner sales, shipping lines, freight forwarding, or ship agency operations. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in liner shipping and freight forwarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.

Key Skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
• Market knowledge of Uganda’s logistics and shipping industry.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strategic thinking and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Executive: Minimum 2 years of experience in liner shipping, freight forwarding, or ship agency.
• Senior Sales Executive: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive industry network and market insights within Uganda.
• Experience working with both local and international client
