Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and generating new sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Needs Assessment: Identifying and understanding customer needs and pain points to tailor sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's products or services and their benefits.
  • Sales Presentations: Presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating prices and terms, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Sales Reporting: Tracking sales activities, maintaining records, and generating reports on sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and build rapport with customers.
  • Persuasion: Ability to persuade customers to purchase products or services, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and complaints and report immediately to his or her management heads.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Computer Skills: Should present general knowledge, skills and competence in computer management.
  • Performance-based compensation: Commission based and bonuses and other benefits depending on the experience.
  • Education level: Minimum senior four or with enough experience in the same field
