Summary
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the job holder will be responsible for sales and marketing of the professional services across the country.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the following duties:
• Assist to sell various professional services to clients and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction through various sales strategies tele-marketing
• Contacting clients and setting up appointments to present company services
• Handle all customer enquiries and ensure timely response to all inquiries
• Preparing sales proposals for potential clients
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Maintain up to date database of client’s contacts
• Resolve all clients’ complaints by making recommendations to management
• Follow up with clients, evaluate their needs and make recommendations as necessary
• Participate in all departmental meetings
• Generating daily sales reports
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource management or related field.
• Knowledge of HR/I.T/Organizational development consulting services is an added advantage
• Good networking, communication and negotiation skills
• Sound customer service and client relationship skills
• Creative and innovative individual with passion for growth
