Key Responsibilities
1.  Drive market expansion and client acquisition for core products (furniture board, construction formwork, ceiling panels, hardware products, power tools), targeting engineering channels, building materials distributors, interior design firms, and furniture manufacturers to meet regional sales targets
2. Maintain existing client relationships by providing end-to-end services including product consultation, quotations, order tracking, and after-sales coordination to enhance repeat purchase rates and satisfaction
3. Research regional market dynamics, competitor pricing structures, and channel policies; promptly report market demands and industry trends to inform product pricing and new product launches
4. Strictly adhere to company sales protocols, accurately complete sales reports and client records to ensure traceable data integrity, and collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
Salary: 500,000 - 1,200,000 Gender: Male
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
: Diploma and Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1 year's experience in building materials, hardware, power tools, or B2B sales preferred, familiarity with engineering channels or building materials sales advantageous
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of furniture board, construction formwork, and hardware product materials, specifications, and application scenarios; familiarity with power tool functionalities and sales logic preferred
  •  Competencies: Strong market development capabilities, commercial negotiation skills, and client communication abilities, ability to withstand sales performance pressure, furniture market research
  • Character

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
  • Execution capability, and teamwork spirit; be honest and pragmatic
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software to independently complete sales reports and client management
  • Other: Recent graduates accepted (systematic training provided), prior sales experience in Uganda's building materials market preferred
