Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics and their needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the institution's overall business objectives.

• Set marketing goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success.
Product Marketing:
• Create compelling product messaging and positioning for new and existing financial products.
• Develop product launch strategies including promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and sales training.

• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and customization.
Digital Marketing:
• Manage the institution's website and online presence.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility.

• Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage customers.
Content Creation:
• Generate informative and engaging content like blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
• Develop compelling brand narratives to communicate the institution's value proposition.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Manage customer data and segmentation to deliver targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and nurture potential customers.

• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
Public Relations (PR):
• Develop and execute PR strategies to build brand awareness and reputation.
• Manage media relations, including press releases and interviews.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.
Campaign Management:
• Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including print, radio, television, and online.
• Track campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure marketing activities adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare regular marketing reports to track performance and provide insights to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, products, and regulations.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and SEO.
