Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description:

Prudential Insurance Company Uganda is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insurance products to individuals and businesses across Uganda.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable products.

3. Educate clients on the features, benefits, and coverage options of Prudential insurance products.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

5. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

8. Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
