Sales Representative 

About Us:

Snow Investments specializes in the construction of houses, laying of concrete bricks and pavers, and the hiring of construction machinery. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to meet the needs of our clients. To help grow our business, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team.

Position: Commission-Based Salesperson

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based + Monthly Facilitation Fee

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients for construction services, concrete brick and paver laying, and machinery hiring.

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

• Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase services and capabilities.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with construction processes and machinery is a plus.

• Own transportation is an advantage.
