Key Responsibilities
- Recruit agents and drive network growth through lead generation and local marketing
- Support agents in sales, product knowledge, and business development
- Monitor agent performance and contribute to monthly sales targets
- Conduct market analysis, promote brand, and maintain customer service standards
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
- Fluent in English and local regional language
- Proficient in MS Office; valid manual driver’s license
