Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Kampala, Uganda. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing product information, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial services
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English and local languages
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
