Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Peniel Royal tile adhesives and grouts. This role demands a dynamic and self-driven individual with a good understanding of the construction materials market, particularly tile installation products.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· - Promote and sell Peniel Royal tile adhesives and grouts to contractors, hardware dealers, construction companies, and individual clients.
· - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in existing and potential markets.
· - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and distributors.
· - Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and technical support where necessary.
· - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
· - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
· - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
· - Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
· - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and follow-ups.
· - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· - Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Qualifications and Experience
· - A Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration,
· - Minimum of 1 years' experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
· - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· - Knowledge of tile adhesives, grouts, or construction finishing products is an added advantage.
