JOB DETAILS:
Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Attain sales growth by SKUs and ensure that the full range of products are available at each Network partner
• Identify and acquire new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Actively promote and sell Vegol’s soap and oil brands, ensuring proper product placement in the market.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Ensure timely order placements, deliveries, and collections while addressing any customer concerns.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on sales performance, customer acquisition, and challenges faced.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• And any other duty as assigned by the line manager or an authorized person.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with riding permit
Minimum Years of Experience: At least three (3) years' experiences in working with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the FMCG sector, preferably in soaps, oils, or household products.
Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Highly aggressive, results-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase sales. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with the ability to ride a motorbike to deliver stock to the customers at all customer levels.
