Job Description

Mahir Company Limited is seeking a talented and self-driven Sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to existing and potential customers. You will identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales, while maintaining positive relationships with clients and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company’s services as well as upholding the company brand in every as shall be guided by the administration or as appropriate.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
  • Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge about the printing and branding industry and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
  • Ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
  • Engage with clients to offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or any related field.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in sales.
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client care effectively.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualities:

  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
  • Positive attitude and ability to overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
