Job Purpose
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new customers for NOOA Energies' innovative energy solutions. The role is critical in expanding our market reach, increasing product awareness, and ensuring the adoption of our FlexiGas App, which offers seamless access to clean cooking gas, accessories, and utility payments. This position is essential in supporting NOOA Energies' mission of revolutionizing energy access in Uganda, empowering households with convenient and reliable solutions.

Operating in the energy industry, the company provides innovative products and services, including the FlexiGas App, which allows customers to order clean cooking gas, purchase accessories, and pay for utilities effortlessly. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote NOOA Energies' products and services.
- Actively engage with potential clients to onboard them onto the FlexiGas App.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the energy industry.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and increase brand visibility.
Expected Deliverables
- Increased user sign-ups for the FlexiGas App.
- Achieved monthly sales targets for cooking gas, accessories, and utility payment transactions.
- Comprehensive customer database with feedback and insights for product improvement.
Candidate Specification
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional training in customer relationship management is an added advantage.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the energy or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Critical Skills Required
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using mobile and digital platforms for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of the local energy market and customer behavior trends.
