Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases to discuss our e-commerce offerings and understand their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings to effectively communicate the benefits to customers

• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales and marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and client acquisition.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and offering accurate information about our products.

Qualifications:
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the e-commerce or related industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to close deals, achieve sales targets, and handle objections and rejections effectively.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other telecommunication tools. Basic computer skills required.
