Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Representative at Prudential assurance Uganda in Kampala. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales and customer relationship management, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
