Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Representative located in Kampala. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our integrated marketing services to potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new leads, conducting sales meetings, presenting our services, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
