Job Summary:  Crisgrow an ISO certified zero waste avocado value chain is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidates must be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to prospective clients, building & maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales goals.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential Lavado clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of our Lavado products, tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed, using CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to optimize sales strategies and support overall business objectives.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Education: A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or relevant field, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
