Job Title: Sales Personnel

Type: Contract-Based

Reports To: CEO or Designated Company Representative

Work Area: Field-based with flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote, market, and sell Edoctorug's products and services in assigned locations.
  • Visit potential clients and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
  • Submit regular updates and sales activity reports to the management.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or social media platforms like Twitter.
  • Consistently work towards and exceed set monthly sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary Structure (Performance-Based):

✅ 4 Sales/month: UGX 200,000

✅ 2–3 Sales/month: UGX 100,000

❌ 0 Sales/month: UGX 0

Performance Bonuses:

  • 5–6 Sales/month: UGX 250,000
  • 7–8 Sales/month: UGX 300,000
  • 9+ Sales/month: UGX 350,000

Additional Incentives:

  • 5% Commission on each sale made beyond 4 sales/month.
  • Follow-Up Pay: UGX 1,000–2,000 per follow-up report based on quality (assessed by CEO).
  • Field Allowance: UGX 10,000 provided before each field deployment.
  • Monthly payments are made by the 5th of every month based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Must be available for fieldwork, with access to a phone and internet.
  • Prior sales experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Must be willing to follow up with clients at least 2–3 times per week.
  • Bachelor's or Diploma of Business Administration or Marketing graduates who have just completed their university studies

Contract Terms:

  • Engagement is contract-based, not a permanent employment position.
  • Sales Personnel are considered independent contractors responsible for their own taxes and statutory obligations.
  • Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
  • Immediate termination is possible in case of gross misconduct, underperformance, or breach of agreement.

Selected individuals must commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding client information, company pricing, and internal strategies.
