Job Description:
Richur Solar & Lighting Co. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

3. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our solar and lighting products.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.

7. Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
1. Education: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or lighting industry.
3. Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
