Job Purpose
The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between the sales and operations teams. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and streamline operational processes.

Key duties and responsibilities
Sales Management
• Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company's overall business plan.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team
Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including inventory management, supply chain and logistics coordination.
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of product/service delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, finance, customer service) to achieve operational

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.

• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
Cross-Functional Co-ordination
• Foster collaboration and communication between sales and operations teams.
• Ensure that sales and operations are aligned in terms of goals, priorities, and customer expectations.

• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between sales and operations.
Budget and Financial Management
• Develop and manage the sales operations budgets.
• Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Institution.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience, 4 in the same capacity.
