Description

JOB DETAILS:
Responsible for liaising with salesmen/sales supervisors/sales managers on daily orders, time management for provision of products range to sales team and related tasks as per the agreed guideline provisions
Key Result areas:
- Liaise with salesmen/supervisors/managers on daily orders towards meeting sales objectives – generation of sales daily sales forecast/plan.
- Maintain timely provision of the full products range to the sales team, through coordinating with production and inventory departments.
- Maintain working with sales data clerks to ensure accurate and timely generation of orders for onward submission to shipping/dispatch.
- Maintain support to field sales team: - to follow up on any issues emanating from the field sales persons, supervisors, managers, distributors and agents in orders to meet sales objectives.
- Liaise with stores and shipping departments daily to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Maintain that, all processed orders are handed over to shipping/dispatch for timely loading.
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and KPI reports as guided by the Sales Operations Manager.
- Maintain daily agent reports are circulated to all concerned parties.
- Maintain working closely with the sales operation’s manager in monitoring crates update/movement and market returns control.
- Maintain assistance in effective and efficient customer service.
- Maintain working with the sales operations manager in ensuring all export orders are services as per company policy.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Operations Manager.
 
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A candidate must hold a Diploma in Marketing or in any Business-related discipline from a recognized and reputable College/University.
- A male candidate is more preferable.
- Experience:
 Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
