Role Overview
As a Sales Officer at CPS, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to our success in the market. You will work closely with a team of two under the guidance of the Sales Lead. This hybrid position located in Ntinda offers a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovation are at the forefront of our culture. Key Responsibilities
1. Correspond with customers and collaborate with coworkers to address inquiries and resolve account issues.
2. Document security transactions, including purchases, sales, and payments, utilizing computers and accounting systems.
3. Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones and managing mail distribution.
4. Prepare reports summarizing daily transactions for customer accounts.
5. Reach out to clients and create daily and weekly reports.
6. Work towards achieving or exceeding sales revenue targets and quotas

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
• Education: Post-secondary Diploma in related fields.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Skills: Active Listening, Service Orientation, Time Management, Speaking, Reading Comprehension.
• Knowledge Areas: Customer and Personal Service, Computers and Electronics, Administrative.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software (Dynamic CRM), Spreadsheet software (Excel), Office suite (Microsoft Word), Presentation software (PowerPoint), and Calendar/scheduling software (Microsoft Teams).
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Luganda.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Skills: Critical Thinking, Monitoring, Active Learning.
Preferred Knowledge Areas: Mathematics.
Preferred Responsibilities: Verify ownership and transaction information to comply with regulations.
