We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Team Lead to coordinate our sales, marketing, and business development activities and support the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing strategies
- Drive business development initiatives
- Develop and nature partnerships
- Coordinate client engagement
- Nature client relations and ensure retention
- Lead Bidding and Tendering activities
- Grow organizational visibility and market reach
- Supervise and support the sales & marketing team
- Advocate for client needs and monitor client satisfaction
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in sales, marketing, and business development for the service industry
- Experience with client acquisition for both B2C and BCB business models
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
