Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Sales & Marketing (Social Media) Officer to market their company’s apartments and event gardens, maximizing occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility through digital and social media platforms.

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote apartments and event gardens
• Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation
• Run targeted online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies
• Work closely with the operations team to market available apartments and event packages
• Generate qualified sales leads from digital and offline campaigns

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in social media and digital marketing
• Strong communication and creativity skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools and online advertising platforms
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
