JOB DETAILS:

A 4-star Hotel in Kampala is recruiting an experienced Sales/Marketing Manager reporting to the General Manager.
• Develop/implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the hotel's goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, i.e. corporate accounts, group bookings, and event.
• Prepare sales and marketing proposals, contracts, and present to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, and align with business objectives.
• Monitor sales and marketing KPIs. Utilize market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, maintain relationships with key clients, and industry partners.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across channels,

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Hospitality Management, or any related field; procession of a Master's degree would be advantageous.
• Over 10 years working experience in a busy commercial industry. Strong in Sales, Marketing, Leadership and Communication skills to inspire and motivate a team.
