Job Description/Requirements

Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager / General Manager

Role Purpose

To drive revenue growth by securing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and implementing effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. The role requires proactive field marketing, client engagement, developing marketing campaigns and promotions, and market intelligence gathering to position the company competitively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients to grow the company’s customer base.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and close sales deals.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities that generate leads and conversions.
  • Promote the brand through both physical activations and digital channels.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Submit monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales outcomes and report weekly.
  • Provide weekly updates to management on progress against KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
