Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
a) Manpower and Activity Management.
• Worksites Development and servicing - Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Planning, goal/target setting and overseeing business development initiatives
• Activity management – Planning meetings and daily engagement of the team in the field
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for the team
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Motivating and inspiring the team
• Develop quotes and proposals for the teams
• Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
b) Productivity
• Planning and goal setting for the team members
• Achieve the set sales targets personally and through the team
• Driving team members’ productivity to achieve set targets
• Recruitment, selection, training and retention of ASLs/Agents
• Knowledge of SLUL Products and business processes
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings or presentations for the team;
c) Branch Management
• Compliance (COP and Licensing)
• Compliance – Make sure your team meet regulatory legal requirements
• Team Performance monitoring and evaluation to ensure business targets are met
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
