Job Summary

Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales targets, regularly evaluate the sales team's performance, and handle hiring and training to meet standards. Implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals, analyze sales performance and trends, and provide recommendations. Enhance brand image and market positioning, oversee social media efforts, and monitor industry trends. Ensure timely submission of departmental reports and high customer care standards across all branches, addressing issues promptly. Handle client complaints efficiently, follow up on feedback, and liaise on marketing and promotion. Seek new customers and opportunities, formulating action plans to secure new business, and direct company marketing functions and personnel.

Job Description/Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION.

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly sales targets, aiming for 100%.
  • Evaluate, analyse, and appraise the performance of the sales team regularly.
  • Exercise the duties of hiring, recruiting, and training team members to expected standards.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Analyse company sales performance, staying informed and knowledgeable on sales trends.
  • Project and track sales patterns, providing advice and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Work towards enhancing the brand image and market positioning of the company
  • Oversee social media management efforts to enhance the company’s online presence.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and compile reports on industry trends affecting sales.
  • Ensure the submission of all necessary departmental reports on time.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is exercised by both the administrator and the instructor in all our branches. Report any issues arising from poor customer care and relations from Administrators & Instructors, and to the tele-sales team.
  • Ensure consistent, quality service is continuously given to our clients across all our branches. Report on issues of poor quality service from the branches.
  • Handle clients’ complaints on time and come up with satisfying solutions for those clients. Follow up on clients’ feedback per branch and report corrective measures.
  • Liaise and report on all issues relating to marketing and promotion matters at the branch level to the attention of the Sales and Operations Manager.
  • Ensure the branches do not go a month without marketing.
  • Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales and marketing opportunities, initiates an action plan to approach and secure new business for PDS.
  • Direct and coordinate company marketing functions and personnel involved.
