JOB DETAILS:

Our client Adma International Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Mineral Cow Feed Sales team in Najjera Buwaate – Kungu Road.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships in the dairy farming industry.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dairy farmers and feed suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a university Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven track record of having sold mineral Cow feed or a related product and sales management experience in Cow feed or a related product.
  • Strong understanding of dairy farming and animal nutrition.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Having worked with an International Company is an added advantage.
  • Having a relationship, contact and dairy association with large scale cow farms is an added advantage.
