Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations across Iraq. Based in Uganda, the Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Executives and focus on expanding our market through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Profit
- Ensure the completion of the annual sales targets and profit targets.
- Client development and layout
- Complete the layout of agents in different industries across the country, including the development of clients in blank countries and the establishment of key clients in priority countries.
- Carry out joint team work for key clients, manage the local sales team, and achieve front-end sales targets.
- Product Line Organization and Promotion
- Sort out the national key product lines and adjust the pricing system according to the prices of mainstream competing brands in the local market to ensure product competitiveness.
- Develop national promotional policies and promotional plans around key categories, and work with agents and sales teams to implement them.
- Market construction and activities
- Find offline terminals to create brand zones and brand signage, while also advertising the brand in national mainstream media.
- During the BTS period, develop and implement promotional plans for terminal product distribution, brand launch events, and in-store promotions.
Requirements:
- Full-time undergraduate.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a sales position (FMCG industry preferred).
- Have experience in managing a sales team.
- Familiar with the national market.
- Excel proficiency and fluency in English and local languages.
- Willingness to travel frequently across different governorates.
