Job Description
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to management.
• Oversee regional expansion, including new branches and staff training.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
• Coordinate account openings and promote ATM utilization.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analyze sales metrics for process improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns.
• Manage key accounts and resolve customer issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales management role in finance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage the sales process from planning to closure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
