Job Summary
• A4C Internet Limited is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the telecommunications and global airtime sales sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales operations, and ensuring the achievement of company revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to expand market share.
Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Team Leadership and Management
2. Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to build a high performing unit.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and motivation to achieve goals.
Foster a collaborative and competitive team environment.
Client Relationship Management
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing client concerns.
Negotiate contracts and close high value deals to build long-term partnerships.
Sales Operations
4. Analyse sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
Oversee the development and execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to streamline sales processes.
Market Analysis and Business Development
5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
6. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and attract potential customers.
7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the telecommunications or IT sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
