Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivated a team of Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, making recommendations for improvements and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive revenue growth and customer success.
Requirements
• Must have at least 5+ years experience in sales with at least 2+ years as a manager with cognate experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Must have strong leadership and motivation abilities, with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
• Must have strong organizational problem-solving skills.
• Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a focus on driving results.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
