Job Purpose -
The purpose of this role is to promote and sell condominium units by identifying potential buyers, understanding their housing needs, and providing professional guidance throughout the purchasing process. The Sales Girl will serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience while achieving individual and team sales targets. She will contribute to the company’s growth by building strong client relationships, enhancing brand reputation, and maximizing sales opportunities in a competitive real estate market.
Company background
The company was founded in 2021, but it has other companies with the same profile which are older. We deal in selling Condominium apartments (real estate) in the middle and upper categories

Job specification
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage potential buyers, providing detailed information about condominium features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase available units.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Negotiate and close sales in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and sales strategies.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and customer records.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
Candidate specification
- Educational requirements: Bachelors
- Work experience: 3-4 years working experience
Critical skills required
- Outstanding skills, knowledge, and other attributes. E.g. creative skills, negotiation skills, and communication skills.
