Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

a) Reporting - Create regular reports and presentations on sales progress and keep the manager informed of new business and deals in the pipeline.

b) Maintains strong customer relationships by making phone calls to important clients.

c) Cold calling new customers to set up meetings for sales executives so the company can increase its customer portfolio.

d) Must maintain his/her own records and must make sure his/her reporting is accurate

e)  Responsible for issuing order reports from sales executives so that production and stores are aware of the incoming orders and they can make the necessary arrangements.

f)   Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other sales executives and or other people in the company.

g)  Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts.

h)  Maintains sales and activity reports using CRM software and must manage the CRM software in case the Sales Manager is meeting clients.

i)   Acts as a supporting role to the Sales Manager

j)   Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

k)  Any job-related assignments as determined & directed by reporting authority.

 

 Key Profile Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 Years’ experience in a fast-paced organization in a related role

2. Able to work under pressure and meet set targets

3. An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

4. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

5. It can build and maintain good relations with clients and is proactive when it comes to maintaining these relationships.

6. Willingness to travel for work in order to meet important clients all over.

7. Computer literacy

8. Excellent English verbal and written skills

9. Good command of English and knowledge of any other language

10. Strong initiative and desire to help the company reach its goals

11. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the description

12. Collaborative personality and feels a sense of responsibility & ownership towards JTI’s employees, financial well-being, equipment, and materials.
