Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our services (likely insurance/medical-related, based on the domain). The ideal candidate will have strong persuasion skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through consultations, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Present, promote, and sell company services using persuasive techniques.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory for junior roles).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of [insurance/medical services, if applicable].
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license (if field sales are involved).
