Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our services (likely insurance/medical-related, based on the domain). The ideal candidate will have strong persuasion skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through consultations, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Present, promote, and sell company services using persuasive techniques.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory for junior roles).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of [insurance/medical services, if applicable].
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license (if field sales are involved).
