RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES;

• Prospects and qualifies new sales leads.

• Tracks all sales activities in the market and regularly updates them.

• Maintain well developed pipeline of prospects.

• Develop strong ongoing relationships with prospects and clients.

• Meet and/or exceed quotas.

• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, marketing, communication or any related field.

• 2-4 years of sales experience.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-motivated.

• Proven ability of working well with supermarkets and doing online business.

• Proficient in microsoft office.

• Excellent report writing skills.

• Strong team work/management.

Experience in supermarket and online Business is an added advantage

Retainer: 600,000 ugx gross.
