Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing property sales, and supporting our property management functions.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
2. Property Sales
- Manage all aspects of property sales including property valuation, client negotiations, and securing business deals.
3. Lead Generation
- Generate leads and drive sales through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and in-person marketing.
4. Property Management Support
- Acquire properties for management.
- Assist in functions such as tenant screening, property maintenance, landlord liaison, rent collection, and more.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong market knowledge
- Good time management
- Teamwork and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or any related field.
- Candidates from other fields may also apply if they possess strong sales and marketing skills and relevant experience.

- Must achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate with team members to meet company goals
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
