Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent diploma/degree in sales marketing or related field is a plus. Previous experience in sales especially field sales is an added advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Good knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
